Tree lighting and Santa

Dave was gone for a business trip and tacked on a boys weekend, so it was me and Olivia for the week. We had a nice week together and she was so good.  There was a tree lighting in downtown Palatine and I had heard Santa Claus comes in town.  It was a cold night, but we had so much fun.  We met some neighbors in downtown Palatine, but it was cold and they left.  Olivia and I stayed until Santa came and so glad we did.  Santa came in on a fire truck and lit the Christmas tree.  It was so much fun to watch and Olivia really got excited!  It was so much fun.  It was a great tradition to kick off the holidays.
